Board of Directors
We are a community governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA). HOA dues are billed quarterly. There are certain bylaws and covenants that are in place to ensure the community and the properties within the community retain property value as much as possible. The HOA consists of a Board of Directors(BOD), Management Company, and homeowners. We also have several “committees” that assists the BOD with it’s duties.
Architecture Review Board: responsible for reviewing all change requests to the exterior of properties, in accordance with HOA bylaws and covenants.
Social Committee: responsible for organizing activities for the community to participate in.
Beautification Committee: responsible for signs, flower beds, common area curb appeal, etc.
Newsletter Committee: responsible for the content of the community newsletter.
